Organic H2 is a spin-off company from the Laboratory of Organic Electronics, Linköping University (LIU). Organic H2 core technology is based on 5 years of research and, of course, innovation.
The output of these experiences and novelties became the foundation for launching Organic H2 which was established in 2023. Organic H2 is quite young but motivated in its journey.

With the rise of hydrogen technology and its adoption by industries and societies, our startup foresees numerous projects across the globe.
We’re focused on both ‘Hydrogen as Energy Carrier’ for mobile and stationary usage as well as ‘Hydrogen for Chemical Industries’. Moreover, we engage proactively in the conceptualization and strategic development of projects, primarily spanning across Europe, that are aligned with the forefront of Research, Development, and Innovation.

Our expertise spans Organic Electronics, Electrochemistry, and conductive polymers. Notably, our experiences and innovative approach extend to LOHC and LOPC, with patents filed. The innovative idea has been chosen by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Science in 2023.
Collaborations with international entities like Imra and LCC bolster our prowess in inorganic catalyst applications for hydrogen processes. Our startup’s strategic vision encompasses international projects, amplifying the potential of our LOPC and LOHC innovations. Moreover, the synergy effort that is driven by our team members leads to effectively addressing challenges. We have done preliminary market surveys and business assessments internationally, providing us with a high degree of adaptability to new markets and societies.
